The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max use the USB-C connector, the USB Gen 3 version, with data transfer rates up to 10Gb/s. Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus use a USB-C connector which relies on USB Gen 2 up to 480Mb/s.
