Instagram Notes
Instagram Notes features short posts of up to 60 characters using text and emoji. Replies to your Notes will arrive as DMs in your inbox on Instagram.
Users can tap the DM icon, click “Leave a note” then select Followers who are following back or people on their Close Friends list, and the Notes will appear at the top of their inbox for 24 hours.
Instagram Stories
Instagram Stories as a feature that shares your stories, in the form of photos, videos, texts, emojis, and when you share Instagram posts to your Stories.
You can be for whom the story was uploaded, for Closed friends or to your followers and everyone if your account is in public mode. Stories usually disappear within 24 hours after being uploaded.
The Notes feature was released simultaneously with the Instagram Group Profiles and Collaborative Collections features.
