Xiaomi Civi 1S comes with a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with FHD Plus resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The rear camera consists of a 64MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra wide camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. The screen with a punch hole contains a 32MP camera. The camera supports the CyberFocus human eye-tracking system.
The Xiaomi Civi 1S is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus chipset, a 4,500mAh capacity battery that supports 55W fast charging and supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+.
