  1. Open Notepad
  2. @echo off

    dir /b %SystemRoot%\servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-GroupPolicy-ClientTools-Package~3*.mum >>List.txt
    
    for /f %%i in ('findstr /i . List.txt 2^>nul') do dism /online /norestart /add-package:"%SystemRoot%\servicing\Packages\%%i" 
    pause
  3. Save it with the name gpedit-enabler.bat (Delete our copyright site name before saving)
  4. Right click “Run as administrator”

If it doesn’t work, follow the steps below:

Open File Explorer in Windows 10.
Navigate to the directory: C:\Windows\SysWOW64.
Find and Copy the “GroupPolicy, GroupPolicyUsers, and gpedit.msc” folders.
Paste all three into the directory C:\Windows\System32

Open gpedit.msc with Windows+R type gpedit.msc and enter.
